Instructors Who Care

Our instructors are mature, knowledgeable people who have a tremendous amount of passion for teaching. Not anyone can teach children efficiently. We take the time to pick special personalities in our instructors, who can read the different emotions that the student might have. Some children feel fear and intimidation; others feel out of control. Many respond with stubborness- our instructors are trained to work with these students. Not all students learn the same way. We also go out of our way when setting up lessons making sure that the student is in the correct class. It is not always perfect, but we will rearrange students if it is possible to make the lesson more efficient for the instructor and the student. We really feel that having an instructor that knows what they are doing and has passion for what they do is the most important aspect of teaching children to swim. Whatever program you choose, you will have lessons with an instructor who has passion for lessons, teaching and for the development of each individual. At Roxanne's Laugh-and-Splash swim school, you can enjoy an enriched learning experience by instructors who care and love what they do!
